Is this a template?
No. Every build is custom to your business, brand, and goals. We use modern frameworks and best practices to create unique solutions, not drag-and-drop templates. Your site is built from scratch based on your specific requirements.
Do I own the site and code?
Yes, absolutely. Once you approve and pay for your build, you own everything—the code, the design, the content. We provide full source code access and documentation. You're never locked in.
What does "built first" mean exactly?
We build a complete, working version of your website before you pay anything. You get a private preview link to review the actual site—not mockups or wireframes. Only when you're happy do we proceed to launch.
How much customization is included?
Each package includes a defined scope of customization. Minor refinements (colors, copy tweaks, layout adjustments) are included. Major changes or new features outside the original scope are quoted separately to keep your project on budget.
What counts as out of scope?
Out of scope typically includes: new features not in the original brief, third-party integrations not discussed, significant design direction changes after approval, and ongoing content creation. We're transparent about boundaries upfront.
How fast can we go live?
Launch sites typically go live within 2 weeks of approval. Business Pro builds take 3-4 weeks depending on complexity. Platform Plus timelines are scoped individually. The preview is usually ready within days of starting.
Can you migrate my domain and emails?
Yes. Domain migration and DNS setup are included in the launch process. Email migration depends on your current provider but we can guide you through it or handle it as an add-on service.
Do you provide hosting?
We partner with professional hosting providers who specialize in maintenance and support. This ensures you get reliable uptime, security updates, and responsive support without us being a bottleneck.
What does support cost?
Support plans start from R500/month for basic hosting and monitoring, up to R3,500/month for SLA-level support with included dev hours. See our Partners page for full details.
Will this improve SEO?
Yes. Every build includes SEO foundations: clean semantic HTML, proper meta tags, fast load times, mobile optimization, and structured data where appropriate. We don't guarantee rankings, but we build sites that search engines love.
Can you integrate with X?
Most common integrations (CRMs, email marketing, analytics, payment processors) are straightforward. Complex or custom integrations are scoped and quoted separately. Tell us what you need and we'll advise on feasibility and cost.
What if I do not like the preview?
If the preview doesn't meet the agreed brief, we'll revise it. If you simply change your mind about the direction, we can discuss options. Our goal is your satisfaction, but we also protect our time investment with clear scope agreements.
