Terms of Service

1. Services

BrightBuild Studio provides website design, development, and related digital services. Our "built first" model means we create preview builds before payment, allowing you to evaluate the work before committing.

2. Preview Builds

Preview builds are provided for evaluation purposes only. Until payment is received and the project is approved:

• Preview builds remain the property of BrightBuild Studio
• Preview links may expire after the specified period
• You may not use, copy, or distribute preview content

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon approval of the preview build. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

4. Scope and Changes

Each project has a defined scope. Changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately. Minor refinements within the agreed scope are included; major changes require additional agreement.

5. Ownership and Licensing

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom code and design created for your project. Third-party components (fonts, icons, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support is provided through our partner network. Support plans are separate from the initial build and are billed monthly.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrightBuild Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
